Employment Disputes

California employees enjoy many protections under both state and Federal laws that operate at judicial and administrative levels.  These laws, for example, provide for minimum standards of wages and working conditions, prohibit discrimination and harassment based on certain attributes, and protect employees from retaliation for engaging in certain activities.  Some workers may be wrongfully denied employment status, and thus may need to pursue legal action just to obtain these baseline protections.  High level employees may find themselves in workplace conflicts from issues over “non-compete” contracts and executive compen- sation.

Mr. Mandlekar has represented employees in both class action and individual cases concerning employee status, wages and working conditions, and wrongful termination.  If you are involved in a workplace dispute—either as an employee, non-employee worker, or employer—Mr. Mandlekar may be able to help.
